Handing a site to a subcontractor without a signed scope is how disputes start. Use this when you engage a cleaning sub for a new contract, add a site to an existing arrangement, or change the frequency and task list. The acknowledgement records what they agreed to deliver, at which site, and on what terms, before the first shift. Your client still holds you accountable for work performed by others.

Signed on a phone, the agreement carries the signatory's name, role, the time and the device location. Attached insurance certificates and compliance evidence sit alongside it, so the file is complete when a client or a certification scheme asks who did the work. Scope creep arguments end with a document both sides actually signed.
