When you need this form

Bank branches are cleaned after hours, unsupervised, around customer files, cash drawers and screens. Before a cleaner works a branch network, the client wants a signed acknowledgement that documents left on desks are not touched, not read and not moved, and that anything found unsecured is reported. This form pairs that acknowledgement with the actual clean and its consumable and hazard checks.

Security teams treat cleaning as an access risk, so the paperwork gets read. A signed digital acknowledgement, held against the individual worker and dated, is far easier to produce at contract review than a photocopied induction sheet from two years ago. It also proves who was in which branch on the night an incident is queried.
