When you need this form

Commercial cleaning disputes almost always come down to scope. The client believes bins, glass and kitchen were included; the contract says otherwise. Running a scope checklist at each service settles it on the spot: what was in scope, what was completed, what consumables were topped up and what was outside the agreed frequency. Tender panels also ask how you verify scope delivery.

Bids are won on evidence you can show, not promises you can make. A live checklist gives a prospective client a real example: a completed service, photographed, signed by the site contact and timestamped. It also builds the variation trail. Out-of-scope work requested on the day is logged where it can be quoted rather than absorbed.

• Scoped tasks listed by area and frequency, matching the contract.
• Completed, skipped and out-of-scope items separated, each with a reason.
• Consumables restocked by type and quantity, not a single tick.
• Quality check per area with a photo backing the rating.
