When you need this form

Schools expect playgrounds and outdoor areas cleaned before students arrive and checked again through the term. Broken glass, syringes, animal droppings, damaged soft-fall and overflowing bins are the usual finds. Child safety standards and term-based audits mean the school wants evidence that someone walked the area, not just that a service was invoiced. A hazard found and left unreported is the one that ends up in an incident report.

Principals do not read cleaning dockets. They react to a parent complaint about the sandpit or a hazard nobody flagged.
