When you need this form

Managing soft services across a portfolio means chasing other people's periodicals. Your subcontractor does the carpet, the client holds you to the service level. One log across every contract shows what was due this month, what landed, what slipped and what the catch-up plan is. Without it, misses only surface in a client meeting, which is the worst possible place to find out.

Subcontractor emails claiming completion are not evidence. Photos and signatures captured at the site, by the person who did the work, are. That gives you something to put in front of the client each month and something to hold the subcontractor to when a service credit is on the table. It also makes patterns obvious: the same site missing the same task.

What good looks like

• Every periodic task listed by contract, site and due month.
• Completion evidence attached by the crew, not typed up afterwards.
• Misses recorded as misses, with the reason and the catch-up date.
• Client visibility noted: what was reported, to whom, when.
• Authorised sign-off per period so the log closes cleanly.
