When you need this form

Church halls turn over fast: a wake on Saturday, playgroup on Monday, a community dinner midweek. This form covers the clean between bookings, including food-preparation surfaces, the servery, urn, fridge, floors, toilets and bin runs. Volunteer-run kitchens carry the same food-safety and hygiene expectations as commercial ones, and insurers, hirers and child-safety policies all assume someone checked the space before the next group arrived.

Volunteers rotate and memories fade. A signed digital record names who cleaned, what was sanitised and when, with photos of the kitchen at handover. If a hirer complains or a food-safety question comes up months later, the answer is one dated entry rather than a coordinator trying to remember what happened.
