When you need this form

Glass gets scratched, etched, pitted and delaminated, and the cleaner is usually blamed. A condition report taken before work starts records what was already there. This form captures the inspection, the checklist result, each defect, the corrective actions and the compliance position for the facade. Bidding for high-rise or facade work raises the stakes again, because heights compliance is the gate you have to pass first.

Disputes over glass damage are won with dated photographs, not recollection. A live report locks each defect to a pane, a level and a timestamp, so the building owner sees exactly what was found and when.
